Soft pressing the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks thanks to selected yeasts for about 8 days in contact with their skins kept in suspension because of daily pumping over.

Refining-

Refining in stainless steel tanks for 3 months before further refining in the bottle for about 2 months.
