Vinification-

After the hand picking of the grapes they are pressed and cryomacerated using the white trditional winemaking system. A brief “batonnage” gives a wonderful bouquet to this wine: notes of acacia flowers and green apple

Tasting notes-

Straw pale yellow with greenish highlights.

Intense and very fruity. Notes of acacia flowers and green apple.

Smooth, well bodied, fresh, well balanced and persistent. Notes of fresh fruits with a predominance of ripe apple.
